Fed: New leadership team needed - Rudd=4

If successful .. Mr RUDD and Ms GILLARD say they'll convene a summit to repair Australia's
federalism .. and stop the blame game between the Commonwealth and the states.

Mr RUDD says there needs to be a new agenda for schools .. for the health system ..

for safety for the country and for a clean environment.

He says it's also needed to deal with the huge challenges in terms of fairness in the workplace.

Mr RUDD says he and Ms GILLARD will stick with Labor's current platform .. which includes
Mr BEAZLEY'S controversial pledge to abolish Australian Workplace Agreements.
